Request access to the personal information associated with your account
Delete your account and all associated data directly from the app — go to Profile → Delete Account. This removes your cloud-stored profile, quiz history, and interview progress, and clears all data stored locally on your device.
Request a copy of your data by contacting us
Contact us with any questions or concerns about how your data is handled
A note on sensitive information: Your answers to sensitive eligibility questions (such as prior law enforcement contact) never leave your device — they're stored only in your device's encrypted keychain, so there is nothing on our servers to request beyond the general eligibility category described in our Privacy Policy.
