What is Amerie?
An educational app to help you prepare for the U.S. citizenship and naturalization interview — civics study, spoken interview practice, eligibility screening, and progress tracking, all in one place.

Does Amerie provide legal advice?
No. Amerie is an educational preparation tool only. Nothing in the app — including AI-generated feedback or your eligibility results — is legal advice, immigration advice, or a determination of your eligibility. For your specific situation, consult an immigration attorney or accredited representative.

Is my voice recorded or stored?
No. Speech-to-text happens entirely on your device. Only the text of your answer is used to generate feedback — your audio is never uploaded or stored.

Are my answers to sensitive eligibility questions private?
Yes. Those answers are stored only in your device's encrypted keychain and are never sent to our servers.

How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes your account, your cloud-synced progress, and all local data on that device. This action can't be undone.
